Terms of Service

Yore observes AI tool usage via MCP, surfaces organizational signals, and builds a private knowledge base for your team. The exact surface and roadmap are described on the marketing site and may evolve. Material reductions to a paid tier require 30 days' written notice.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for actions taken under your workspace. Workspace admins can invite, remove, and change roles for members. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Team) are described on the pricing page and billed monthly via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

We may change prices on 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the old price until the next renewal after the notice period.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer the service, attempt to access another workspace's data, or scrape the API beyond the rate-limits we publish.
• Send spam through the invite system or use the platform to harass others.
• Use the service to train competing AI products without a separate written agreement.

You retain ownership of all data you submit (workspace settings, memory blocks, knowledge nodes attributed to your sessions). You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your data to train third-party models.

The signals and recommendations Yore surfaces (Pulse, knowledge coverage, skill scores) are pattern-matching tools, not advice or HR-grade evaluations. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we handle it. You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard.

You can terminate by deleting your workspace from the settings page. We can terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or where required by law. After termination, we retain your data for 30 days in case of recovery, then permanently delete it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yore AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Yore AI, Inc. from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

We'll update this page (and the "Last updated" date at the top) when these Terms change. Material changes will be communicated to workspace admins via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction on incorporation]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
